At TheBabyK, your satisfaction is our priority. We understand that sometimes a product may not be quite right, and we’re here to help! Please read our return and exchange policy carefully to ensure a smooth process.

Return Eligibility

You can return or exchange items within 7 days of receiving your order, provided they meet the following conditions:

  • Items must be unused, unwashed, and in their original packaging with all tags attached.

  • Products such as diapers, bath items, and personal care products are non-returnable due to hygiene reasons unless defective.

  • Sale items or items purchased using a discount code are not eligible for return or exchange unless they are damaged or incorrect.

Non-Returnable Items

  • Baby diapers and wipes

  • Bathing products

  • Personalized or custom items

  • Items marked as final sale

How to Initiate a Return

  1. Email us at returns@thebabyk.com within 7 days of delivery.

  2. Include your order number, the item(s) you want to return, and the reason for return.

  3. Once approved, we’ll share the return address and instructions.

Note: Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or incorrect.

Exchanges

Exchanges are processed based on stock availability. If the item requested is out of stock, we will issue store credit or a refund as per your preference.

Refunds

  • Refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days after we receive and inspect the returned product.

  • Refunds are issued to the original payment method.

  • Shipping charges (if any) are non-refundable.
